Give Boise State a piece of this BCS championship.

AP Poll should step up and give them theirs.

What if Texas comes back and wins? Do you still feel the same?

Boise is probably better than both of these teams and better coached.

It is interesting that Boise became the only team you could really make an arugment for. Everyone who thought TCU or Cincy should be in this game lookin real dumb.

TCU would of beat Boise if it was a playoff or title game, non title games are motivation first talent and coaching second.

TCU crushed a slew of dismal opponents in meaningless games. Don't think they were all that motivated for those.

I bet the Redskins at +5000 to win the conference and division and they had a lot of injuries after my bet was made, of course I probably won't be that close if I bet something I have to win less than 2% to break even.

they were playing for a national title, if Suh blocks that Texas field goal they might have got a shot.

Boise played 2 legitimate squads. And one was in the BCS. They didn't give the 2004 Auburn team a share of jack shit. And that team would have wiped the proverbial floor with both of these.

USC played like a champion from the kickoff in that game. It was over at the half. This game was in doubt with a freshman qb with 3 minutes to go.

I agree - their coach is great - I think he was the key when the Colo guy was there and this program began to take off. Hope he stays a long time. Next year, they have 2 big non conf games -- Ore St and VaTech ( if I remember correctly). They could be in this game next year.

1 team had a chance in hell to beat Auburn in 2004. That was LSU, the 2003 champs. USC and Oklahoma almost got beat MULTIPLE times each that year. We will never know who would have won that game at all because people were so biased against the SEC and for the little 12 in that era. Auburn had 4 top 25 draft picks that year. No one could stop them except USC. And Auburn obviously had the better and more dominating season. Don't argue with me on this one because I will fight you to the fukking death and win.

Obama might have given some love to Boise if Texas won...Don't think he will now.

Absolutely. I said it before and I'll say it again:

the winner of TCU/Boise State deserves a piece of the championship. Since the Broncos won...

Unfortunately it won't happen. Wish they would adopt a f\*\*\*ing playoff system. What a douche Saban was to punch in the last TD. No class

Boise St. loses to Alabama 9 times out of 10. They're worse at every position except for QB. And Alabama's body of work was clearly more impressive.

    i love these threads

boise would have had to beat alabama in the first round of a playoff because boise state would have been the lowest seed, then beat flordia, the four seed, then beat another texas/ohio state/tcu or whatever team on the other side of the bracket.

if you guys think boise would beat alabama then flordia the next week then lay off the sauce.

We're speaking in the real world. There wasn't a playoff. Therefore, we have to base it off the games played. Boise State beat TCU.

Boise State beat a 3 loss Oregon team, and TCU. That is not very impressive compared to what Alabama did. Next year, Boise plays Oregon Stte at home, which is winnable, and Va. Tech in Landover Md. They also play Toledo at home and at Wyoming. All that, plus the 8 phonies that make up the WAC. Let's see if Boise State can handle Va. Tech in Landover. They have everyone coming back. If they handle Va. Tech, then I will listen. If not, keep them out of the BCS Bowl games.
