It seems to me Run Lines are occasionally undervalued for Money Line favorites in the -131 to -150 range if you can get RL dime lines, but not very often. I have played 2 or 3 RL faves this year. I would also go as far as to say Run Lines almost never have value on 20-cent lines.

Even most shops that have dimeline Money Lines (-105/-105) still deal 20-cent Totals and Run Lines (-110/-110). That's why it is valuable to find shops with dimeline Totals and RLs (Heritage, 5 Dimes, Pinny for non-USA).

I think I understand your misconception on what a dime or 20c line means. It refers to the amount of Juice charged on any given line. Not the Final line. So a 20c line doesn't mean the line is precisely -120 or -110/-110. Its just the easiest example to give
