    yeah US women have looked pretty bad this tournament. very shaky defense and their offense just doesn't have that spark in the final third. that missed pk was awful! all this is barring alex morgan, she has looked very good, and not just her looks.

    Colombia was right there with the US in the 1st half, sad to see that 50/50 red card call minutes into the 2nd half, I would have loved to see the 2nd half of tonight's game played at even strength, would have been a battle that IMO could have been decided in extra time / PK

    LOVED watching wombat miss that PK

    That was a yellow card, not red. Defender was in position to challenge at least. USA no rapino next round, their best player this tourney so far. Never looked like top team from day 1, Australia knew this. So did the colombians

    Couldn't agree more, no way was that a red card. I Really feel the Colombians got screwed tonight with some terrible calls. Lady Andrade sooo good 1v1, 1v2, Hats off to the Colombian ladies playing with 10 girls and 3rd string goaltender, they were fun to watch in this Tourney
