    Better Than a Vision

So I was just shootin hoops outside the last hour and had a revelation. I play sort of like LeBron (just a smaller, weaker, 10,000x worse version). I was hitting all my floaters, reverse layups, put-backs, even most of my jump hooks and close fadeaways.

But then something weird happened. I was making more than half of my 3s and I'm normally a terrible 3pt shooter. I was making midrange shots and deep threes left and right.

THIS COULD ONLY MEAN ONE THING.

LeBron gets his shot back tonight and completely DOMINATES all aspects of the game.

You know what's obvious to me:
Lebron is not a shoot around by yourself in the driveway type of guy. He would rather be around friends, evidenced in numerous life decisions.

Curry is the epitome of a gym rat loner.

Not true. I've seen the commercial. LeBron goes to the gym with his entourage following him but then leaves them outside. Then he rests at home but the lawn service guys are noisy so he bounces from room to room trying to find peace and quiet and isolation until he throws on his headphones. Commercials don't lie.

    Nuff said.

He has so many commercials and now a full fledged role in a movie I see.

Curry has a few commercials but nothing like Lebron. He is horrible in them as well, almost as bad as Dwayne Wade on TV today.

How many movies will Curry do?

    Zero

I would rather go to war with LB.
Curry would be a valuable sniper but not ever a general.

    Yes.

I'm on the bigger picture though.

I believe all good NBA teams match up fairly well with each other, especially after the pointspread is applied, therefore, its the small details and factors that all humans are vulnerable to that I base my bets on.

So I just stepped back onto the driveway court, and I had 3 more revelations.

I was severely fatigued. Two days is a quick turnaround, especially after I have such a good performance on Tuesday night. And it's 70% humidity out here.
I missed a lot of shots but got a few home court bounces (I have a loose rim).
I took a lot of free throw attempts.

    What does this mean?

Cavs will definitely be fatigued, but unless the A/C goes out, LeBron will be alright.
Home court familiarity will continue to give Cavs the good bounces.
Everyones favorite NBA ref will be calling a lot of fouls tonight. I suspect LeBron to get to the rim or get to the line, A LOT.

    Cavs +3

Man, I thought you forgot! Good work Dom!

They certainly will be tired. Tough spot for Cavs. Hard to win 3 in a row H2H in the NBA.

My takeaway from your session: Making shots is a challenge when you're tired.

Can't go against a quality NBA team coming off 2 straight losses in a must win game.

I have been around the block too many times to put my money in that spot.
