Anyone ever used this method? I'm trying to figure out how to fund the account so I can send to my book and advice would be awesome.

Buy from coinbase, send to blockchain, send to book.

    requesting payout from book
give book your blockchain wallet, then send from there to coinbase, then sell to your bank account. total process takes around 3 days give or take

That's the way I use it. Not 100% sure about funding a book, since I fund other methods. But I see the option in coinbase to buy bitcoin.
