    Cubs/Pads Weather alert

    Game starts at 1:20. Heavy rain is going to start about 3:30-3:45 and won't stop. If and when this game is delayed, they almost certainly won't start up. Unless it's a very fast game, it's very likely to be official, but also likely not to go the full 8.5/9. Bet accordingly.
