    Engaging in the poker room/casino in the wee hours after all games are over for atlest 5-6 hours on your days off when you're bored?

    Go out with ur friends, family do something other then sit on SBR and chat rooms talking with people about sports and non sense.

    That's a start plenty of things you can do.

    I'm taking nephew to Dave and busters today and going for dinner with my girlfriend later. My bet on SMU is the most exciting part of the day but at least I occupy myself with other things then gambling

    There were nights I used to talk to Patty for 6 to 8 hours

    I think my longest conversation was with stealthyburito and it was about nine hours straight

    I got off the chatlines years ago because we would just stay up for hours and hours and talk all night even Opie had a few long sessions until he bolted

    I got burned a few times in casinos and just don't even look at them anymore

    Just realize that going to a casino, live or online is just burning money. Poker online is just a time killer at best, I consider it a minor league for playing live. Keeping your head in the game, that's all. I never bet real cash in poker unless I'm sitting at a table and looking at the slob across from me. Online is basically a scam. Bad beats galore.

    it important to sleep so you will be sharp when studying the next days games.

    I Always get atleast 8 hours sleep but i aim to get 10 hours sleep if i get to bed early enough.
