    Nash 2015 MLB Thread

    Braves +125 over Nationals.

Playing all spring games soft, too many substituions.

Braves start Wandy, Nats start Gio.
Gio gets the edge, but they only both go three innings.
Nats lineup is prettry much 9 guys looking to make an end of the bench spot when the team breaks camp.
    Bunch on unheard ofs.

Braves starting three every day starters.

Braves on the the strength of the better bats is the reason for this play.

    1* gets 125

I see a lineup change now, Rendon and Zimmerman making starts.
    Harper too.
    Pretty sneaky
    Play still stands.

I like Rodriguez. Solid season. Last year.

    Zimmerman's trouble though

    Good luck with this.

Hey Nash. Do you play in any fantasy baseball leagues, if so which site would you recommend that pays out? I thought I remembered you saying that you played.

In daily leagues, you get bonus scoring for strikeouts.
Select a strikeout artist as your starting pitcher, or a decent strikeout pitcher that starts against a lineup that strikesout often.
    Like this years Cubs.
Always start a K artist this year against the Cubs.
    Trust me on this.

    "Fan Duel and Draft Kings."

You can win a shipload of money. LOL. Although, I see they later changed it to boatload.

thanks Nash. I see what your saying. I guess the cubs are like the braves last year as far as strikeouts. Have you done pretty well in fantasy? I'm still trying to understand all of everything I am reading about it. I read that most people prefer Draft kings over fan duel. Good luck. Nice pick today on Atlanta

I was CDM champion in 2006, I have had success in dailies as well.
Fan Duel is tougher, yes, you only get 1 pitcher, 3 OF, 4 IF and a C.
Zero room for error, especially in pitching.
    DraftKings require two pitchers, easier.

The Cubs are new and improved, however new kids on the block have a lot of holes in their bats.
Here's the projections, note the strikeouts.

They should be good, but I don't think they'll be as great as some of the prognosticators think.

Their season win total is around 85. I would play it under.

Kemp will be fine, as long as he is healthy he'll give you like .290 with 23 bombs.
Myers might need a year to adjust, pitching is stacked.
    They'll contend for a WC
