I've had this issue previously. While mildly annoying my experience has been they will correct it.
how could you agree with such an incorrect post? we are charged for payouts no matter what, even if they wouldn't accept cards for deposits.
Shari... let's be realistic here...
1. I'm not looking for a freebie. Or extra. If I'm entitled to $80 reimbursed per what the website claims... why the run around 24/7?
2. I have a life to live like other people do... it sucks logging in and double checking everything. I don't wager every single day of my life.
3. Customer support is horrible. It's been like this for the last 2-3 years and no one does anything about it.
4. I speak the truth... and you accuse me of getting something for free? You're incredible today.
5. Posters need to know what goes on. I shouldn't have to beg for my $80 back each month. Why have a horrible system that deducts it in the first place?
6. If 5Dimes is so worried about there REP... then do something about it. Clearly they don't care.

sourtwist i was talking about people who do charge backs then complain and think they are justified in the charge back. i don't like thieves. doesn't make any difference if they are in the form of sportsbook or gambler.

Back to topic, it happened to me once that the payout fee wasn't credited back for a few days. Always send yourself a copy of chat log.
Agree, take the 3 minutes it took to make the thread and hop on live chat and get the situation resolved by talking to a manager. Shouldn't have to go to those lengths to get something simple fixed, but you know what you get with 5dimes, it's probably happened more than the 1 time to me that I caught it, but they resolved it as soon as I hopped onto live chat, no need for manager.
But it is fukked up that they can't have something in the system to automatically note that the customer hasn't had a payout in 30 days and just automatically refund the 40 bucks when it's processed. But there are probably folks who don't remember about the free payout and never request it and the book wins, so might as well keep that going. Sucks for us, but smart by the book.
Shari is just a shill and a shit mod. She must've ran out of meth and is taking it out on posters.

5dimes and their verification process is a pain in the ass. It takes 2 minutes to deposit with debit card but you have to send a hand written verification form for withdrawals? and its not like doing it once resolves it. They find something every time.
Look at the response the OP got from a mod when making a statement against 5dimes. Imagine had he made a claim against them, banned and sell his identity on craigslist?
I questioned them a few months back as to why I needed to send in the info when the week before I requested a payout and didn't have to send anything in, they told me every 6 months they need to refresh...Seems like it happens more often than that, but it could just be that it annoys me and I think it's happening more. But looking back at my saved files on my computer, it does seem to be a trend of 4-6 months or longer (but I don't gamble much during the summertime)
Not only that, once you charge back, they will put your name on a negative data base and you wont be able to pay with plastic any where you try to open an account. Even not gambling related stuff....that sucks!
yea that's what they told me too. It's just annoying to submit, what if I lost that card meanwhile?
Classy responses from SBR in this thread. A valuable poster has a legit issue with one of the main books and is told to sit down and shut up. Why should he accept getting reamed by 5D when he jumped through every stupid hoop they use to make payouts a penetrating nightmare? Here's an idea, how about someone from SBR assists moneyshot instead of making him seem like a bum?

5d should do the right thing and credit the fees the op followed the rules and got screwed but a small technicality
Where is he bashing? They have a specific set of rules to get fees waived and he followed them to the word. 5D didn't credit him and in the chat was less than helpful so he came here to let his fellow players know what's happening and possibly get assistance from SBR. He even started the thread stating his intentions.
Pretty interesting that the SBR employees are so quick to defend 5D and would throw a poster under the bus.
Yea it's only annoying to me when I used to request a payout and send in my info every single time, and then I'd get an email back saying there is no need to send in verification, unless they ask for it....Well I started sending it in everytime, because I would request a payout on Monday morning and of course they notify me at 30 minutes after the window is closed that I need to update my card verification. So of course I would and then email them back asking about the payout and if it would still be processed, and they would say I would need to resubmit it and if I wanted the free payout, i'd have to wait til next Monday. That's the only thing that has really annoyed me about them. Why not send out mass email to bettors that deposit with a card that they need to verify all their info again...How convenient that they player gets told right after the window closes, in hopes that he blows the money in the meantime...
If you lose the card, keep a folder with the photocopy you faxed/emailed to them so you always have it on file. I keep 2 copies of the cards, one at work and one in the car. I don't always carry my card with me, so I always have a copy in case something comes up. No idea what happens if you lose a card and can't verify it anymore...Can't imagine it being good though.
All that being said...Still my #1 book, never received a call from them, just a few hassles, but nothing major and offer anything you want. I like Bookmaker, but this past weekend I had a open 3 teamer with them, because I had a wager Thursday night I liked, then 2 I knew I was going for on Saturday...Had to call them and talk to some lady where I didn't know what she was saying, because she was either speaking to fast or had a slight accent. But now I realize that I shall never do an open parlay there again, because I don't want to be calling to bug a book or even talk to them on the phone if I don't have to. No problem Live chatting a book as I take as much time to respond as they do, but I couldn't even put in my plays on live chat, had to get on the fukin phone with them. Bookmaker is my #2. Every book has it's flaws, but the positives from those 2 books heavily outweigh the problems I HAVE with them.
