a steadier quarterback would have thrown the ball out.
with a TO, short yardage, and time, you throw the ball out if no receiver is open.
    that simple.
Wilson is not getting enough blame.

He is like Payton manning, it's never his fault.
He four picks he threw last game led them to win the game and so on

Look at the Coverage from his point of view.
Just look. Bad decision by Wilson.

He is not a great player. He is a good player on a very good team, that just goated the Super Bowl.

In the end cocoa will turn to half chit and half piss. He's areal COMMODity.

You want great, go to Dallas and observe that QB. 19-0 will quiet ya son.

Maybe not, but the INT he threw in the end zone was while he was under duress; Wilson said before he threw it he thought he had the TD, but as he threw it he wished he had it back.

That's a big mistake to make. Coaches dont's score the TDs and they don't throw the picks.

Bart Starr audibled a sneak to win the Ice Bowl - and he didn't even have the luxury of a time out. Next level QBs have to recognize things, with 20 seconds left on the clock Russell can override the the HC/OC. Being situationally aware, he has to know that play cold, account for who might be there ahead of time and pass it where the ball cannot be picked. He really, really messed up there. It's only on the coaches that they put in a spot where he could mess up when they didn't have to.

And in case anyone hasn't been paying attention, Pete Carroll does insane things while HC - this was already evident at USC. Knife happened to cut the wrong way this time is all. The call was not out of character.
