OK he grasped the bottom of the facemask, you're right

A ticky tack call either way......Always prefer to let the guys play, I miss the old NFL in that regard

Detroit had multiple chances and decisions to get right and they failed.....Move on

More proof that NFL is rigged:

Lions were -7 against Packers and Cowboys on the road in back to back weeks.

So Packers this week should have been -3 vs Cowboys.

But since the books don't think the Cowboys won cleanly last night they value them less now so the Cowboys are -7 vs Packers...the same line as the team they were favored to beat by 7 last night.

honestly...why make this about more than what it needs to be, which is getting it right? They clearly didn't get it right, they influenced a game and changed the dynamic of it otherwise. From a punt, to being in scoring range...even if you want to offset with a touchy facemask on the te...they offset and you replay 3rd down. It was thus a bad product put out there by the NFL, and NFL that is supposed to have the best of the best both on the field playing and on the field officiating.

It's hilarious seeing the delusion fans are giving themselves about this call. You have the delusional cowboys fans saying they got it right when they clearly didn't...same incompetent fans looking back at the running into the kicker that wasn't called that still would of resulted in a 4th down punt, so while a missed call...it didn't change the dynamic of the game. Then you have all the other delusional fans claiming conspiracy and shady officiating. I don't think it was shady, I don't think its a conspiracy but it was bad officiating and a bad call...PERIOD. You are supposed to discuss calls before you announce it, before you move the chains, etc etc. Just so much bad about it that the refs themselves should be put on notice.

Bottom line....it was a shitty thrown, uncatchable ball. If Stafford had out it higher, no question it's a penalty.

But when it hits defender below his number in the middle of his back...no call.

Refs got it right. No question.

    NFL = RIGGED JOKE

There's no denying it. NFL had all the motive to rig that game. Lets face facts, Dallas VS Green Bay "Ice Bowl" will bring way more ratings than Panthers vs Packers. At the end of the day, this is why the flag was picked up. It's pretty disgusting actually and i didn't even have money on the game.

    ask yourself this question

which would be better for tv ratings in the NFC championship

    Green Bay vs Seattle

    or

    Dallas vs Seattle

they could always bring up that MNF football game from 3 years ago if its GB vs SEA

    or

    Dal vs SEA

in this case they could say ... well Dallas already beat them once in Seattle ... why not a second time?

Not all "RIGGED GAMES" mean that someone paid off the refs/players. Maybe there have been instances of it in the NFL, maybe not.

One thing is for sure though, as a gambler , almost all of us have been victimized by "rigged games" in the NFL. We all know that, well all of us except those who can look you in the eye and say "NO NFL TEAM HAS EVER TANKED A GAME TO IMPROVE THEIR DRAFT POSITION OR AFFECT THEIR PLAYOFF OPPONENT". If that has ever happened (I think we all know it has) then the game was "RIGGED" and if you were on the wrong side of it you lost your money.

    Vegas doesn't fix games,
money fixes games and there are piles of money to be made by fleecing the sheep so you better believe it goes on.

Look at the WWF and ask yourself how different is it, REALLY, from the NFL?

The NFL is a cash cow and empty stadiums do not fill the milk buckets of the owner billionaires who also own the networks and the casinos and the banks. We are all dog's salivating when they ring a bell, and they laugh as we squabble over nickels, race, sexual Orientation, politics.....

Do you REALLY THINK that a vast system of REGIMENTED, INCESTUOUS coaches and managers all the way down to the pee wees is not GROOMING the athletes? Seeing who will play ball and who wont, using career ending injuries or incarceration as the Stick....

All these coaches know each other and worked for each other and to stay in business is it too much to ask that they take it easy one week or maybe call their best buddy on the other coaching staff with a list of plays that they are going to run in return for an uncle getting a sweetheart business deal or land deal that no one can trace? It's not your day Kapernick.. A QB from vegas... hmmm

Look at the Eagles-Pats superbowl. The pats knew the plays better than the eagles did and were in every hole as if they were psychic, and what happened to the tapes?
destroyed by the commish. lf belechek can do it why cant any savvy techie?

You don't have to fix more than a few games a year to but every mafioso in the world is trying to stick it to the other ones who are holding their iou's and the really dangerous ones like Joey Merlino who famously would say "crime doesn't pay" when he was asked to pay his losing bets off

That Yahoo! headline is totally wrong. Harbaugh did not say that. Their reporter got the quote wrong.

Yahoo! Sports quote: "They're an illegal type of a thing....' (wtf does that even mean?)
Every other sports media outlet, same quote: "The league will look into that type of thing"

So is the NFL still rigged now that the league made a close call reversal that went against the Cowboys? Or is it only rigged when the Cowboys win?

The GOAT’s last hoorah vs LA market is precisely what the networks ordered

East coast vs west coast. New vs old (coach & QB).

Crazy they have the ability to rig games and cut it so close. Two OT rigged games is a special type of power.

    No kidding.

Rig it where the Saints lead all game, then Sean Payton has a bad playcall late...

Then rely on the Rams to hit a 48 yard FG to send it to OT.

Then call a penalty on the Rams to give the Saints the ball at the 45 yard line in OT (this is part of the rigging and not a make up call).

Then rig Drew Brees’ arm so he throws an interception in OT.

The rig the Rams FG kicker so he makes a 57 yard FG on the last play of the game.

I love how the NFL rigs games on a way that they need a 57 yard FG to go in...

The whole objective to rig the game was....well no one knows. It’s was probably rigged so 50% of the people the bet on the game lost and 50% won.

I find it interesting that the ratings were atrocious for TV last week and this week all of a sudden phantom flags and no calls begin to emerge the last 2 minutes to send both games to OT and benefit the teams that would give the networks better ratings for the SB.

We just have to accept that the NFL is a business and will always work for the TV networks who pay the bills.

The NFL creates stories, it acts as one entity with revenue sharing. It’s most definitely fixed. I seen it first hand. Just read the story already being told, Past vs Future. Does anyone not remember where “the dynasty started”? Back in 2002 when Tom brady got his first super bowl win against the Rams and Kurt Warner.

Do you guys know why the Rams went to the Superbowl over New Orleans. To sell the L.A market. Which is why both Chargers and Rams made it to the postseason. The no call on the most blatant PI which would give the Saints the win, says it all. Now watch out for the Raiders is hen they move to Vegas, they will suddenly be good again and make the postseason as a way to bring the Vegas market up and ratings.
Now sometimes they shift stories and it’s hard to tell but I feel this will be Tom Brady’s going away gift from the NFL(just like they rigged Peyton Manning to win it against the vastly better teams the Panthers). What better news line than, the dynasty started against the Rams and finished with the Rams

oh and just look at how the Extra point attempt made stories as well as the Missed FGs due to hitting the upright. FG kickers are all notorious on being in the fix as many games ride and die on making the FG. Go look at videos of professional FG kickers and how they can do tricks with the ball, literally aiming it wherever they want. When you go wide right/left or hit the upright, it’s fixed to be like that. This year it was for ratings and to show excitement on the EPA which is always 90+ percent In making it.
