    A real gift today boys. Irish should crush these guys. Irish super tough at home coming off a beat down at ASU. Tough defense of the irish will bottle up this northwestern shit show of an offense. Might pitch a shut out. Northwestern has a pretty good defense but they will be on the field way too much today and will tire out and get picked apart by the triple threat ND offense. I see a bad bad beating here. Win by 30+ to make a statement to fans and nation that they are still an elite team. Obviously they have no chance for the playoffs but a team like this doesn't give up

    And the haters are out. Notre Dame's defense right now is not very good, plain and simple. They're banged up and they're starting almost all freshman on that side of the ball. It's showing. I also think last week's loss deflated them. But I hate people who kick a team when they're down like that. At least my Navy Middies showed up today. Go Navy! Beat Army!

    It's bad, but in 2 years, this defense will be really good. They're all basically freshman. I think Notre Dame played over their heads earlier this year and now with them out of the title hunt and nothing to play for, you saw a young team lose that motivation and look like crap today.

    I thought today was an easy over bet. Their whole season was last week and lost a tough game where they outplayed their opponent and giftwrapped the game for them. That took a toll on them and it showed today.

    Just funny how I was arguing with Notre Dame fans on here before the FSU game...I watched them and was not impressed at all....Played nobody and best win was a miracle at home to a bad Stanford team....Notre Dame homers were trying to say that they could compete for a championship which has proven to be laughable

    And respect for your Navy squad.....You gave my SC Gamecocks a tough effort a few seasons ago
