    Withdraw your money from Pinnacle now!

    Edit by SBR Admin: Pinnacle rolled out new PW requirements for their account-holders, which the OP has seemingly stumbled with. Customer service will walk him through the reset process. It is a standard security upgrade.

    My pinnacle account was locked, as have others who have won money recently. I believe it has something to do with the new laws going into effect. I am Canadian, and didn't believe the warnings, now I can't log in, and they don't return my emails. I try to change my password, new password doesn't work, I try to retrieve my account info, says error. I think we all noticed how the CS and tech at pinny was going downhill this past year, seems the bust will be upon us soon. Take your money out, don't be like me and ignore the warnings.

    Happened to me as well but couldnt change password on phone I had to find PC. They have put strict guidelines on passwords and I got access to my account. I hope you are wrong regarding this because they have always paid quickly.

    They asked me to change passwords when I logged in and had those guidelines as to how the password had to be (my previous password didn't fit them which may explain why they wanted it changed or perhaps they just asked everyone to change) but after I did I got access to my account no problem. Seems like all this was just a security thing.

    Why do you think they would be going bust? They're one of the most reputable books out there from what I know and I've never had a withdrawal problem with them.
