I don't get it. 1st: in my world, a team sport is about being a team. I have played in so many teams, all my life, and never did we have problems like that. Some guys you like more, some guys you can't stand at all, but in the end you are playing together to win, right? I mean sure, sometimes a guy punches the other guy in the face after they were fighting with each other all day, but that's it. And after that you still go out together the next weekend and fight for each other. Why would anyone pick on a single guy all the time. Doesn't make any sense at all (let alone inserting body parts in his anus....).
