I'm not concerned with whether americans can wager at the book/exchange. I just want all of the good places to view current lines. I already know bet365, bol, bookmaker, 5Dimes, pinnacle, betfair. However, for betfair it shows all of the odds in decimal format and I see no option for american format so unless there is a way to chance that it's not good for me. Where else is good to view live odds on a good range of sports?
