    nice find, RR!......They take their hockey very seriously over in Russia....PS...I would love to have seen the reactions from players, people, political figures, etc. from the Soviet Union after the miracle on ice defeat to the US in the 1980 Winter Olympics in Lake Placid!

    I know the series against the Soviet Army team in '75 was just an exhibition but I remember cheering like crazy when the Flyers beat them down. The whole team leaving the ice in the middle of the second period was controversial. Those were the glory years for the Broad Street Bullies!

    It amazes me when you watch hockey highlights from the 70's. It seems like everyone is skating in sand, the game is so much quicker now.
