    So you can't do it?
You open hundreds of threads to avoid keeping a record (crustys is as accurate as it can be, so he is doing that for you) but you can't figure out how to find out the opening odds (plus changes) from all games and basically all online bookmakers? Is that true? Really?

Because it's playoff baseball and Weaver isn't the ace you think he is... anything can happen.

No I've been posting every single play in my SBR spreadsheet.

If you don't believe me then check for yourself.

And thank you for confirming exactly what I thought - you didn't even fukking read the thread title. The question was about line moves for the series price, not Game 1 specifically.

Next time you try to troll, at least get your shit together and make a real effort. This was lazy and you should be ashamed... troll.

I think he's talking about the whole series, not game 1.

    The series price is right.
    (I'm personally on KC +175)

The line is what it is because Anaheim's rotation is really not all that great without Richards.
Ventura matches up well v. Shoemaker, and Shields should be a -140 favorite over a decimated CJ Wilson.
Weaver has to go game 4 on short rest too.

    -180/+170 is accurate

I just read this after making my post.
Exactly, Weaver is 2 (even 3) years removed from when he was an ace, still dependable, but not like he once was.
And like I posted, Anaheim will be using him on short rest in game 4.

Feels like LA should be at least -200 in this series. Will the bats go cold this series? The Angels sured up their bullpen issues but I still feel that KC has an advantage there.

lay off it, it doesn't matter what the series line is.. as if these things are connected.
Angels stranded batters.. and the hits just missed going out..
so their Series bet will be a lot cheaper tomorrow
question IS do you still want them ???

Angels should have enough to get past Kansas despite tonight's result, but they won't get any further their pitching will let them down.

I'm not sure Anaheim does have enough to get past KC now. Angels are going with a rookie starter tonight, who granted had a real nice 16 win campaign, but a) this is a whole different level for Shoemaker, and b) the Royals beat the shit out if him twice in the two times he faced them,

If the Angels don't hit tonight, they'll go down 0-2 and will be depending on CJ Wilson who used to be dependable now is a gas can, to beat Shields in Kansas City yet. Good luck with all that. If I'm holding a KC series ticket, and I am, I like my chances.

Losing Game one was critical and I think Kansas City should take the series now

Josh Hamilton is one of the weakest hitters and baseball

There has to be pliers in the minors better than him

Hamilton hurting the Angels is many ways

    1) Big name paid big bucks so you cant sit him even though anyone on the bench would be a better option
    2) Paying this guy millions to do jack shit

Hamilton will be a bench player next year

And making $25 million on the bench it is the biggest joke

Baseball is a joke. As far as salaries every player is highly overpaid

Usually they are undervalued most of their career then they get overpaid on the back end

There's usually a few years where they are making money on a new contract and they are worth it. Hamilton skipped those few years

No more that's changed their rarely undervalued

Hamiltons been making big money for a while and he's not that old for baseball

    Religion killed him

He should go back to hitting bars and drinking beer I guarantee you he gets back to a very good player
