    So basically the only thing Goodell was lying about was saying he didnt view the tape.

    He only said he didnt view the tape to save face.

    so really the only thing that changed is now the public saw the video tape. But the public did not need to see the video tape. There is no reason that TMZ should have gone public with this tape.
