Kansas City, once again, the hottest team in all of baseball, winners of seven straight, 11 of their last 14, and I need to double check this, but I think 14 out of their last 17.

Oakland, not a good road team at 32 and 34.

Shields always goes real deep in the game, Duffy is effective but not really an innings eater, which is just fine, because they got that 1-2 8th and 9th inning lights out 'pen. Shields saves bullpen innings, which may be needed if Duff falters or runs out of gas, same with Ventura.

I'm with ya...but check his numbers against lefties...brutal...dude can't hit them. Everyone in the organization, stands, and the city know that he can't and that's why they had Danny V on the roster. Now the have Christian Colon up to possibly hit off left handers, but if Moose is coming up with runners in scoring position they're screwed
