Not worried about proving it to you. Place might be worth between $450 and $475 but I pay $1565.

If you are paying more, move to Toronto. I guaruntee it is a nicer city than where you are currently living. It sounds like condo rentals are a steal.

In Toronto, the two are almost indiscernable.

Are you really this stupid? HOA fees alone would come close to $1000. Just stop already; stop following me around like a lost puppy dog before I piss on your face.

    Not really this stupid.

Not sure why you think HOA would be so high... Not a lot of amenties. 500 Units. Spread out wide? I dont have all the variables to the equaition, but I know Rent = $1565 & Value = ~ $475K

I have never owned a home though. I could ask my parents. I am not as close with them as you seem to be with yours, Patrick.
Do you own a home Patrick? Perhaps an SBR bash for posters in the Northeast? I promise to be a well behaved party guest.

Not following you around. Replying to a single thread. Don't want face pissed on though. How do I avoid this?

I'm not week to week Coach.
I'm close with a local, known him for years, but really don't use him, I use him maybe once a month, or if a buddy wants something in, and I don't want to use any of my offshore accounts.
