I'm pretty sure mysbr was phased out with the last forum update so you're going to need to use that link (with your name instead) to access your spreadsheet.

it is copy & paste thing that tracks your record
you fill up the table with your plays, save it and then you can export it in form of an image or an Excel spreadsheet
