Isn't 13-15 from US team part of Confederates? the USA/Conf team should be just a top 30 list that will be broken down into 2 teams.

Yeah, it's obviously not smart to make wagers with superusers.
It's smart to bet with Tripe on an annual challenge though, which will pay me 29k.

So says you...so far, you're o for 1 in contests you actually finished, and soon to be 0 for 2 in contests you were challenged to but ducked. Ya know, your claim that you're not a terrible poker player would be easier to believe if you ever won any of these challenges

You're leading by a small margin...as I recall, you had a lead in your last contest, and ended up losing by a good amount. So maybe you shouldn't be so confident with a lead, since you've proven you're bad enough not to be trusted with one. The rest of the forum already knows this, which is why nobody wanted to bet on you with a 3k point lead at +250 odds

My 1,400 lead is a small margin?

DS wins a challenge by 940 & to you, that was a huge margin of victory.

    Quick math lesson: 1,400 > 940

There's bobbo, showing he barely has the ability to compare two numbers. Comparing numbers within context though is beyond him...

Your contest with DS was for 2 months. The 12 month equivalent would be 5,640 points...I doubt I'll win by that much, as I'll probably lose interest in playing every tournament before my lead gets that high. But regardless, you'll be 0 for 2 for accepted challenges, and 0 for 7 or so for dodged ones no doubt

Yep, bobbo loves to run his mouth, but too chickenshit to back it up *bawk bawk*

The above post you linked to was just after he had squeaked by me... he could hardly wait to post his "leaderboard" link; no doubt was sportin a woody when he hit the "submit reply" button.

So, I directly challenged him (he had a lead!) to who would have more at end of WC and, predictably, he ran faster than bobbyfk does when he sees jj.

After today, I have 9190 and it's a BLOWOUT. Up over 1100. Just like downsouth --- it's why he ducked ds, donk and my direct challenges. All talk, no cajones.

Wanna know what's REALLY gonna be funny, tho? On the precious "Annual Leaderboard" he loves so much, I smoked him in both years I was here: 2012 & 2013... FACT

So what's bobbo do? He starts yappin bout how he's beating me this year... well, uh, duh, I sure hope ya can manage that... I was hospitalized and missed ~ 2 months of the dailies there, Jen Tilly.

BUT, upon further review, I now have a lil over 12,600 and I'm closing in on bobbo faster than Verlander pumps Upton on his off day.

BOTTOM LINE: Bobbo is gonna end up playing 2 months more of dailies than me ... BUT ... I'm still gonna end up beating him on this year's final annual leaderboard.... Once again. Like always. Spot the guy 2 months of tourneys and he still can't beat me.*

(*well, he can always hope I go back in the hospital for another 2 months... then maybe he'll stand a chance)

That's because it is insurmountable, considering both of our playing styles. Sure he can have a hot week, but my hot weeks will negate his. I've been leading from the start & will continue to do so.

If you want to throw away you last 533 pts betting on Tripe, sure I'll accept your donation. As for betting on yourself, the sign ups for 2015 annual challenge will be X-mas week. But it's a 2,500 pt entry fee, so I strongly suggest saving your pts.

His reason for the beginning of the year is simple: he hopes that by delaying, people will lose interest and he won't have to admit he's too scared to back up his assertions with precious points

He was too worried about going heads up with DS even with a 1000+ point lead for 8 months, there's no way bobbo won't be too scared to accept a challenge from you when you only trail him by 300 or so. The leading theory is that deep down he knows how bad he is and tries not to throw points away going against good players. Unfortunately, these instincts of his fail him when he's unable to recognize good players

Funny how you're literally the only one on the site who believes that, as evidenced by the betting

Saving his points? Jake's earned twice as many points as you in poker, and he's cashed out about 3 times as many....unlike you, Jake doesn't have to worry about spending 20 hours in a week trying to get generate some points

So what odds are you going to offer him bobbo? Since betting for you closed at +250, and you insist you're a lock, what kind of odds is Jake going to get from you?

Speaking of odds, what are the odds you're going to stop trying to ignore the challenge to back up your ROI bs with points?

The same as what betting closed at, Waves +250 should be Tripe -290. But I'll be nice & offer -250.

This has been addressed, you denied my request to raise our annual challenge bet & you have no pts to bet with. When you pay my 29k bet, then we can make subsequent bets.

It's well documented I offered DS to join in our challenge, & he backed out using you as a pathetic excuse not to play. DS obviously made a wise decision to back out, as he's getting schooled by Waves on annual leaderboard.
