I don't do write-ups here. But tonight I'll indulge since Rudy has a play. Let me tell you how this SF/Reds games shapes up...
The Giants are ice cold losing 2/3 of their games over the past 3 weeks.
The Reds are one of the hottest teams in baseball winning 2/3 of their games over the past 3 weeks.
The Reds offense is heating up with Votto and Phillips back in action.
The Reds make a habit of coming to ATT park, scoring early, and spanking the Giants.
The Giants bats have been beyond bad for the past week.
The Giants lineup does not work without Pagan and no Belt makes it even worse.
Tonight Adam Duvall gets to start because Bochy is a man of his word and lets the kid play after he hit a HR yesterday.
Duvall starting at 1st (when he's a 3b) means Morse is starting in Left Field. Morse is the worst outfielder in the history of baseball and makes Pat Burrell look like an all star. This means a poor defensive unit for SF in a game of inches and small edges.
Bumgarner has been better on the road than at home.
Cueto is a man amongst boys this year.
The Giants bullpen has been bad over the past few weeks and Romo has been the worst he's looked in years.
The Giants will win tonight.
