The wager was with reference solely to the number of games issued and not games that might be included over a four month suspension in other clubs.

Would they then have said it is under, because he wasnt banned any matches at all?

Moot point now. I guess refund is fine, I could give them the benefit of the doubt that their INTENTION was Internationals only and that's why the line as set so low at 10. But the wording they used meant they should have counted the club games, so I suppose a refund amounts to no harm, no foul.

The got over exposed tried to F everyone then give you your money back and you are supposed to be happy. The bet is a win 100%. Now they could opt to wait and see if it lands over 10 games due to a team not wanting him with a 4 month suspension but again that won't happen. Bottom line he is suspended from play for over 10 games.
