    I really like Shabazz Napier under 23.5 (-170), I know it's a lot of juice to lay, but there are rumors that the Heat are looking to move up to select him, if those rumors are true, he should go before number 23.

    dont take parker at #1 thats to sketchy
    but julius randle before 7 is a really good one
    and shabazz before #24 is basically a lock even with the juice, the heat are going to trade up for him they need a point guard

    Thanks, some of these props were way off. The Exum one was ridiculous. Books were basically offering +160 that Sixers wouldn't take him with #3 pick.
