    I laugh at $50 bettors

What are you trying to do?

    Win groceries?

Regardless you are still living a boring life

Go all in and fukk it.

Winning $500 in a year isnt life changing so neither is losing $500

Catch a fukkin run and change your life men.

    I believe in you

    i average about 75 a bet

if i drank for a few days even a 250 bet wont do it for me

then if i go a week or so with exercise my brain accepts 75 as fun again

    You abandoned us yesterday, Ricky.

    WTF, Ruby.

I'm up nearly 5 grand betting $20 a unit since the start of the '12 football season, Rodney.

Rise and grind. And yeah, I buy groceries and shit with it. And yeah, my life's pretty boring.

Because even though almost all of us go on heaters from time to time, it's impossible to tell when that's going to happen. I can grind out winners all day long and rarely lay juice doing so. But if you ask me to win 5 or 6 or 7 bets in row, well....

I wish it was as easy as your description. All of us do.

i think this would be a good experiment

$50 all in on a great game

    $50 betting $10 each time

    $50 betting $1 each time

well if/when the first 1/2 go broke we declare the $1 bettor the winner

    10 times

5 in a row wins for the $50 all in to be successful

Been there, done that. Doesn't work for me. Too much whacky shit happens in gambling.

Hell, look at your first pick in the thread. I hope it hits, but the late steam on Japan is unreal.

If I didn't have a wife and kids and a job and real-world responsibilities? I suppose. But I have zero interest in betting $1,000 per unit. And it's not like $125K per year as a full-time gambler in Vegas is that great of an income in the first place.

    Around here, absolutely.

But I'd rather be a "small bettor" and up $5 grand over the last 22 months risking basically nothing than the alternative, which is what a lot of guys are around here. The "go big or go home" mentality doesn't work for about 99.8% of gamblers. If Rudy can be the exception to the rule, more power to him. But more people at SBR should take my approach -- not his. Especially if they're action junkies like I am. You can't make a ton of bets on a ton of sports and also wager a ton of money. It just doesn't work. Sure-fire way to go broke.

I hope you get there. I really, truly, honestly do.

But I also hope that basically no one tails you on this strategy, for the sake of their own sanity.

All in over and over and over again is not something these innocent young minds at SBR should get used to. They're typically your wild at heart and feeble minded individuals. Next thing you know, they're in GA and six figures in debt "chasing the dream."

I think housing in Vegas is cheaper than Detroit. 125K sounds like a good time to be a full-time gambler in Vegas.

I wouldn't live in Vegas for 500K a year. Have a hard enough time stomaching 4 days straight in that shitthole.

And some people actually like and are sustained by their work. Most of you fukks would probably end up jumping off a bridge before you hit 50 if you struck it rich and retired young.

Actually I pay $0 for a withdrawal. I withdraw once a month using the handy free withdrawal.

Grow some balls and post some bet slips pal.
