Anyone else notice they've removed Live Betting options for the World Cup? I was able to get bets in on all games until the 1st 20 minutes of Spain / Netherlands at which point it completely went offline ....

they live betting extra was working last game but now it wont connect to server for me it says.

Same issue for me
When I called in they also told me that there isn't any more live betting for the world cup currently, only half time lines will be available.
If so, that's a terrible disservice ...

yeah, that sucks big time. They must have lost some big bucks. I had under 4.5 cards last game I got as a live bet, was hoping to take it again for this one.

So I just got off the phone with customer service who had me on hold for almost 10 minutes and told me that ...
Live Betting Extra will be unavailable for the next two weeks. They're having issues [bullshit] and it wont' be available for that period of time.
How does it take two weeks to fix an issue?
Edit:
Anyone able to recommend a good book with live betting for US based customers. Looks like I will need another account to make up for the shitty service being provided by 5Dimes during the World Cup.

they realized their gonna get their shit handed to them in the WC and decided to take it away until the knockout stages of the world cup where things are a bit more unpredictable

USA books for the most part do not have the technology nor personnel to have the same type of line betting European/UK books have
Bookmaker and Betonlne are your best options for live betting

I have noticed that Heritage is using the same Live Betting provider. This message has been on their website since yesterday-
Our Live Betting provider is experiencing technical difficulties and working to address the issues.
They hope to have this corrected as soon as possible.
