Thunder open -2.5 for Game 3; Spurs look to be a MONSTER play

Like I said before the series started, this is going to be a short series.

Spurs should sweep or win in 5. There's no way they don't get one in OKC. This Thunder team just can't hang with the well oiled machine that is the San Antonio Spurs.

It's called following line movement you dumb fuk. Who cares what he said before the playoffs started.

With an opening line like that... clearly San Antonio is the play. It's an embarrassment to OKC for a line that low.

And yet the only future bet I've taken on Spurs all year was for them to either sweep or win in 5 in this series.

    Get with the program.

Im talking about now he is saying they are this "well oiled machine" but before the playoffs started he had no respect for them.
Was he asleep the whole season while the spurs were playing just like they are now. Dont know why people are surprised.

And you claimed that theyd be "lucky" to win one series in the playoffs this year.... doesn't make sense to me why youre now all over their nuts. Probably because you clearly dont know shit. Who did you think would out them in the playoffs if you think OKC is much inferior?????

    THam go pound sand buddy.

I said I was wrong about Spurs. I also think they got a favorable matchup both last round and especially this round with Ibaka out.

I said from the getgo that Clippers and Rockets would give them a hard time. Clippers had a crucial game stolen from them last series by a bad call at the end.

Benny let's try to comprehend pal. I bet on Spurs sweep and 4-1 PRE-SERIES. You took them after game 1.

There's only one possible mush in that scenario but the truth is Spurs got this one locked down.

This is just too much of a mismatch... I've seen enough at this point. Plus which the Spurs aren't the Heat who are always an easy fade in game 3 when they're up 2-0. Especially not after what happened 2 years ago.

They came out flat in game 3 in Memphis last year after a similar rest so maybe. But I think it's hard to compare both series. I have the Spurs going for the kill here.

What adjustments can OKC really make at this point? I mean their offensive sets have always been bad so it's not like it's going to start flowing tomorrow. Their defensive philosophy has always sucked too and a lot of their issues look like they were hidden by Ibaka's presence. They've tried every lineup in the book and nothing has worked.

What could change I guess is Durant being more aggressive and he's still the best player on the floor but he looks done. Time to get in the gym lol. Figured you'd have bumped that thread by now.

The only difference is the possibility of role players having a great game and Durant, Westbrook and co. feeding off the energy.

Their role players played pretty good yesterday tbh (part of why they had the lead early)

BENCH MIN FGM-A 3PM-A FTM-A OREB DREB REB AST STL BLK TO PF +/- PTS

Now at home it's different especially with that crowd but I dunno... I've been "scared" to fade OKC these first 2 games because they have their 2 stars but the bottom line is the Spurs are just too good for them I think...

I think Lamb's numbers are 4th quarter garbage numbers, other times Id probably be leaning OKC for Game 3, but they are just missing too much. Spurs constantly move for 24 seconds each possession, its hard to defend every time for 24 seconds, what they look for and usually find is any moment of defensive lapse and a man gets a hedge, a slight opening from a cut, an opening from anything and they take advantage. If the Spurs were mainly only hitting jumpers Id lean OKC here but Spurs are getting it anyway they want, inside, outside, mid range, you name it. I can only see this spread going down.

    Agree 1000%

Line should close as a pk'em or Spurs favored

This isn't the same OKC team that beat LA

This OKC team would've an 8 seed at best

Lamb was yeah but they had a couple guys contributing early especially Adams.

Agreed. It's just too much of a mismatch. No zig zag here...

Yea Seto those are extended garbage time numbers as they kept saying on the telecast.

I agree Adams played well but it didn't stop the Spurs from dominating the paint scoring. I'm more talking about timely 3s from perimeter players.
