Cavs get number one pick for 2nd year in a row

Logically they go after Kevin Love now. I heard that a week ago if they get a top three pick. They then chase lebron

Lebron, Love, Irving, and then #1 pick, Waiters, Varijeao, Thompson, Bennett, Hawes, Deng??? Best roster ever, although I know they wont be able to keep all of them... Deng gone for sure, and probably Thompson. Need to keep Waiters and Hawes.

I don't even know their roster. I just heard some very high up Cleveland execs talking at a clipper game. They were telling me "we get a top three spot and we chase Love then Lebron, and they were rooting against Heat three peat for that reason. They knew Lebron stays in Miami if it means a shot at 4 straight. Something not done since the old celtics.

funny part is they had a 15% last year and a 1% chance this year and they won them both. IF THIS WAS A BIG MARKET TEAM LIKE lakers/knicks / celts THE ENTIRE WORLD WOULD BE ARGUING THAT ITS A FIX

If these idiots take Joel Embiid over Andrew Wiggins I swear....the NBA is not the big man's game it once used to be. You need lanky, long guys that can shoot the J....dribble drive and pass well in order to succeed....Andrew Wiggins dominates in all of those areas. Guy is only 19 years old and already looks like a Kevin Durant -Kobe Bryant type of talent.

Not saying Embiid isn't good but he really isn't even a top 3 talent in this draft.....he has insane wing span and shot blocking abilities....not to mention a great passer and a decent low post game but big men and their knees is always an issue. No way his potential upside is that of Andrew Wiggins. Jabari Parker....Marcus Smart and Tyler Ennis would also be better more safer drafts selections over Embiid in my opinion for the #2-5 teams.

The odds of this happening in back to back years are astronomical. One more reason to hate the NBA and the new Hitlerish commissioner.

Doesn't Love want to win. Cleveland and Minnesota are two of the biggest loser sports cities in America. Cavs couldn't even win with arguably the greatest player of all time. Would Love even sign an extension with them?

Only guy in this draft I think has a chance to be great is Embid. But that's a big "IF." Parker and Wiggins will be good player, but not sure if they can be a cornerstone player.

    15.6% is basically 6.4 to 1
    1.7 % is 58.8 to 1

So the odds are about 377-1 . Go cavs LOL

i will be calling that NBA exec who works for cavs I met who I exchanged numbers with to congratulate him and snoop for info in next few days. Will report anything I hear.

Every Cleveland cavs fan should go out and buy a Pacer jersey

Good to see Cleveland sports having a resurgence with Johnny football and now this pick. The Cavs have a shot at Lebron but not until the heat lose a title. No way Lebron leaves the heat if he has three rings in a row. Magic, Jordan, no one in our era has won four in a row and no way Lebron passes up that chance. So cavs fans go buy a pacer jersey!!!

if need be buy an OKC or spurs jersey in ten day as well

hard to see the cavs winning right away just because they have lebron and a bunch of guys who dont know how to win in the playoffs.

lebron will be 30 in december, how many good years does he have left, he has a lot of miles on him.

Imagine if they hadn't complete blown last year's pick. 3 out of 4 #1 picks they should be guaranteed to have the best team for years to come, but they won't because they've blown it.

How many times are the Cavs gonna win the lottery? This is beyond rigged, just because Lebron left? How many first picks will it take to repay the team? This is crazy.....i was shocked when i heard the Cavs got the pick, they weren't even close to being the worst team this year.

I suppose, maybe, although they could have taken Nerlens Noel, who didn't play this year. Noel could still be a beast.

    NBA so rigged man.....CAVS AGAIN???!?!!?!

As a Raptor fan i'm really not happy with the league trying to push Cleveland as the next young team in the East, they are giving them multiple ECF appearances with these picks.

Agree. Why would a multi billion dollar business risk getting caught rigging a draft lottery when the league will win no matter who gets the top pick. The fact a huge media market like los angeles dropped to 7 tells u this was not rigged. That said i do think it should be televised at halftime like it used to be so we can see the ping pong balls. Then again people said they were weighted lol

Exactly. People are going to cry conspiracy no matter what happens.

If things don't play out exactly as they're supposed to, well, then obviously everything was rigged.

The truth of the matter is, Milwaukee had a 75% chance not to get the overall number one pick.

If the NBA ever planned on rigging the draft, it wouldn't be this one. Just don't try to convince a conspiracy theorist of that.

The NBA is trying desperately to sabotage teams like the Celtics, Lakers and Knicks and rig it for the Cavs

The Cleveland market is where the moneys at
