You can resolve most issues off the forum rather than embarrass a mod
Paver for example if your at work and I am your boss I will not chew you out in front of your co workers, I would bring you into an isolated room or an alley outside and we do it that way.
I typically deal with 'em by giving 'em a good old fashioned ass whoopin. That usually helps them to see my point of view real quick like.
