    They won't, that's why he said "try." In the other words, they have very little hope. They are going to try and box him out from his team, let the clippers fall into despair then try force the sale in a few years most likely.

    He will sell. He can't be stupid enough to try anything else. I mean, if refuses, the league could annex the Clippers and he'll end up with nothing. I suppose he could fight it in the courts, but it'll be a mess. He'd have to be certifiably insane not to agree to sell.
