What's the best place for this?

Does anyone know of places that will take non-first round bets?

Say I wanted to bet that a team would draft a certain player at some point from rounds 2-6- is there anywhere I could get this in? Or maybe even anyone on here that would look at taking bets via escrow?

When are these typically available and are they low maxes?

What about Vegas? Does anyone have any experience or knowledge with this there?
