    This is all about money. He's guaranteed 10 mil this season and no way eagles were going to pay him that. I'm sure the other stuff concerned the eagles (gang ties / missed meetings / etc) but if he was open to restructuring his contract (he was not) he'd still be on team. No way you pay a guy that much money off an 82 rec 1300 yards 9 td season.

    larry fitz, percy harvin, mike wallce, dwayne bowe, vincent jackson all make more then that off of worse seasons then djax..

    even guys like jennings and cruz make similar money off worse years..

    it wasnt a money issue...
