    Kind of backwards thinking, IMO paver. The underdogs get to prepare for the favorites the first game while the second game may just come down to the more talented team taking over.

    Yeah agreed. That's kind of why I took WISC -3.5 even though BAY went ham on the McDermotts and have the better athletes. Oftentimes great coaching can put inferior players in a position to succeed especially on the college level.

    It's a similar angle. The better coach will prepare the team better in 5 days. In 2 days there is no time to prepare and coaching advantage is diminished.
