    All took multiple tries/email to SBR before i got a response
    The one against nine was dismissed after your office worker acted as most ticos do but that 2 took multiple emails on my part

    I emailed compliant on march 24th
    I don't think it is unreasonable to see something back before 4 days have gone by
    Not that it's solved
    Just something to acknowledge that someone is working on it
    EVERY SINGLE COMPLIANT I HAVE SENT THIS PAST 12 MONTHS HAS ENDED UP WITH ME HAVING TO POST OR EMAIL THIS SAME THING
