    Picked St. Joe's in a majority of my brackets. Only worry is if they are ice cold behind the arc. Texas shouldn't have much problem with ASU. Will crush them on the boards.

    I don't get the thread title. I'm not trying to be a wise ass either because your opinion is respectable unlike most. 40% of 10's beat 7's so 60% of 7's beat 10's? Or are you just playing the numbers for this year knowing that those other 3 10 seeds are garbage?

    You're right on both accounts

    I don't know that 40% winning is a that far off what it should be since the difference between a team ranked as low as 31 or as high as 40 is negligible especially when you have travel, court and matchup variables.

    But yeah that is a real stat and it's likely that one will win straight up so I'd venture to say it's st joes.

    Stanford is not garbage. They're actually the best #10 out of all of them. I think they'd beat Joe's on a neutral court. Only problem is, Stanford is going up against the best #7 seed.

    Pretty close, 7-seeds were 32-20, 61.5% straight up vs. 10-seeds since 2001 before this tourney started. Betting wise, 7's were 30-22, 57.7% ATS overall vs. 10s including 25-14, 64.1% ATS when favored.
