    Obviously playing better than a 4 but their resume ain't great. No OOC wins and the best they got is UConn three times and Cincy. Lost to Memphis both times.

    Louisville will be favored over them, so it depends on you definition of "best". I like to put everything in gambling terms, so I consider whoever would be favored on a neutral court to be "better". With that in mind, Louisville is one of the three "best" teams in the country right now, and yet they are a 4-seed in their own region. Only two teams Louisville would not be definitely favored over on neutral court are Florida and Arizona.
