    alright made it through the day(no lie) going to bed now so the day will end. I got some mild benzo's as though make sure you don't have seizures if you are withdrawing. Even though one lousy day doesn't is a lot it is the first day in a long time. I did smoke 2 packs of butts instead of my regular one pack, that will go back down after a couple days.
