If anyone has a current or old unresolved issue, they should submit a sportsbook complaint. Please ask anyone you might know to also do the same.

Yes, same company. Here's an SBR TitanBet review with more information, although the review exclusively focuses on their sportsbook.

They are dodgy as penetrate. http://www.titanbet.com/help/terms.html

"14.3 It shall be a condition of your agreement with us that any complaints are and remain confidential both whilst we seek a resolution and afterwards. You agree that you shall not disclose the existence, nature or detail of any complaints to any third party (which shall include the discussion of any such complaints in any chat room or forum offered by ourselves or any third party). If you do so, that shall be considered a breach of the Terms and Conditions and we will no longer be obliged to continue seeking a resolution to your complaint and shall be entitled to freeze (and potentially close) your account."

SBR has resolved TitanBet complaints satisfactorily in the past, management actually wants players to see they have an outlet if they'd like a second opinion. Your account won't be closed simply for filing a complaint. And as for closing accounts, a sportsbook doesn't need a reason and all have different language in their T&C to this effect. All that matters is you get paid.

I ordered the $25 cash for new accounts 3 days ago and it has not arrived in my account yet.
