At 4 to 1 are the Royals good Value to win the AL Central???

    Big Game James Shields- Beast
    Jason Vargas is a BAWSE
Jermey Guthrie- Ehhhh not sold on him
    Bruce Chen- Very crafty Lefty
Yordano Ventura- Guy has FILTHY STUFF 100mph fastball too

Bullpen top 3 in the Majors

    Line-Up

    1. Aoki
    2.Infante
    3. Gordon
    4. Butler
    5. Hosmer
    6. Cain
    7. Perez
    8. Moustakas
    9. Escobar

not a ton of power but 1-9 not an easy out and the pitching will keep them in games.

    Ned Yost a decent manager.

And the Tigers are really going to miss Fister and Fielder

Verlander, Mad Max , And Anibal the cannibal are brilliant

BUT Porcello and Smyly are AWFUL!!!!!

Can V-Mart and Tori Hunter really offer the same type protection as Prince Fielder????

And the Tigers line-up features a bottom 3 of the order that is very un-impressive in
    7.Castellanos/Lombardozzi
    8.Dirks/ Davis
    9. Iglesisias

not having Perlata and Fielder may hurt big time and how much will the Tigers suffer from going from having perhaps the best manager of all time to a guy with no experience?

Royals worth a shot at 4 to 1 or am i Dumb Brokedikk nonpro?

In my opinion it is not a good wager. The tigers will not score as many runs but will give up dramatically less and hence increasing their win total. Peralta and Fielder were part of a team that stole 35 bases in an entire season. If you think the Royals are going to win the division make a more prudent bet on their season over 79 wins instead. Last year it took a minimum of 92 wins to be a divisional champion. Say the Royals win 93 games but the Tigers win 94 you lose your bet but cash an easy future several weeks before that. Respect your money and it will respect you back.

yeah i agree the Royals win total will be an easier bet to cash.

so just out of curiousity will the books cash your Season Win total wager as soon as they reach a certain number of wins or do they make you wait until the season is over?

And its not really that i think the Royals will win i just kinda like the value of 4 to 1 odds in a division where you can rack up easy wins against the white sox and twins

In Las Vegas you have to wait until the season is complete to cash all futures tickets.

Royals bullpen was lights out last year during the 2nd half. Probably one of the best in MLB if I had to guess.
I like their pitching, but their lineup isn't competitive enough if you ask me.
+400 is probably good value because that division is so weak and the Tigers got worse IMO with some awful moves.
Cleveland overachieved last year bigtime and will be around .500.
    I'd say it's definitely worth a wager.

Yeah, that's a lot, but he had a hell of a season last year. 10 per is worth it IMO.

Tigers did not get worse in my opinion. I'm a big fan, and they have a better bullpen, better defense and better speed now, all what they have lacked. I think it will make up for some hitters they lost. They will still be a good hitting team, with all other areas improved

Isn't their ONLY good reliever Smyley going to try to be a starter this year?
    Benoit is OK.
    Rondon struggled bigtime.
I may have missed another transaction maybe they got someone decent?
I would hardly call re-signing Phi Coke- who should be selling pretzels in the stands, and adding Jabba Chamberlain- a fat out of shape slob who just runs his mouth, makes that already bad bullpen better.
    Their bullpen got worse.

too low of a number. 4:1 is simply too low. they do have a slim chance of winning the division but I would wait in season to get a better number.

that makes sense. Yeah 4-1 is kinda low i'd rather have 6-1

So you can still bet on who wins the division once the season starts? thats good to know

Benoit is gone, and ro don was actually very good at the end of the season. Let's not forget there's no valverde, and joe Nathan as the lockdown closer. Time will tell though

I like Rangers 3/1 to win the West and Yanks 2/1 to win the East. Pirates look nice at 15/1, but it's gonna be Cincy or Stl who takes that division. Pitt is dead money..

If you can get Rangers 3/1 that kinda has some value to it. personally i think the Rangers finish 3rd. Their pitching after Darvish is pretty weak.

Where are you seeing 3 to 1 i saw it as 2 to 1. What were the A's, Angels, and Mariners at your book?

I'll book your Royals 4:1 bet. Just tell me how much you want.

They'll end up 3rd in the division.

havent decided on that one yet. But the more research i do on the royals the better they look on paper. They have a great defensive team and seem to take away a bunch of hits from the opposition.

and that bullpen is loaded with guys that throw 97mph or faster.

That Ventura dude has electric stuff too. Wonder if he can last a whole season as a starter though and stay healthy...

    what futures do you like?

Like the Royals and Cubs Under and Braves Over.

Also like the Braves and Nats to win World Series.
