On Tuesday, we have the biggest line moves in the NBA and college hoops along with the day’s top trends. Like we say every day, understanding line moves can build your bankroll.

NBA – (501) ORLANDO at (502) WASHINGTON 7:05 E FSFL, CSN-DC

The Wizards are back to .500 and will try and climb back over the hump riding their three-game winning streak. Washington has been able to accomplish this by playing stingy defense, holding its last trio of opponents to 91 points per game. NBA bettors making sports picks are not so sure the Wizards will have the same defensive intensity against Orlando and they appear very confident Washington will have a much easier time scoring versus the Magic, lifting the total two points to 197.5. While this sounds right in principle, Orlando is 21-7 UNDER as a road underdog this season. Doug's Take – Play Under

NBA – (505) L.A. LAKERS at (506) INDIANA 7:05 E TW, FSIN

At the moment, this total on this contest has no limits, having started at 202 and growing steadily to 206.5. The Lakers porous defense is second only to Philadelphia when it comes to allowing points at 105.9 per game and they surrender even two more digits on the road (107.9). Indiana has made trades to improve their bench which is among the poorest in the NBA and collectively the Pacers team is thought to be able to ring up points in this matchup. Indiana might be 18-11 UNDER at home this season, but the lumbering Lakers are 18-6 OVER having lost 12 or more out of their past 15 tries. Doug's TakeLean Over

CBB – (521) YOUNGSTOWN STATE at (522) CLEVELAND STATE 7:00 E

Since falling to Youngstown State 67-66 as 1.5-point road underdogs just under six weeks ago, Cleveland State has been on a major roll with a 7-2 SU and ATS record. The Vikings have a nice variety of sharpshooters which is why they connect on 47.6 percent of their attempts and 41.5 percent beyond the arc. However, Youngstown State is not an easy mark as the proved at Valparaiso Saturday, losing 68-66 as six-point underdog and the Penguins have waddled from +10 to +8.5. Youngstown State’s Kendrick Perry is one of the most dangerous scorers in the Horizon League (20.7 PPG) and they are 8-5 ATS on the road. Nonetheless, it is impossible to overlook Cleveland State is the best bet in college basketball at 20-6 ATS. Doug's TakeLean Cleveland State

CBB – (547) AIR FORCE at (548) WYOMING 9:00 E ROOT-RM

Wyoming’s first game without leading scorer and rebounder Larry Nance Jr. did not go well in a 15-point whipping at Colorado State and those betting college basketball are uncertain about the Cowboys future prospects. Wyoming opened as nine-point home favorite and had wilted to -7.5, not quite knowing what to expect from this reconfigured team and the fact the Air Force is 8-4 ATS on the road. The Cowboys might be worth a look in Laramie, where they are 13-2 (8-4 ATS) and 7-1 against the spread off one or more defeats, just tread lightly. Doug'sTake – Air Force covers
