    Two solid plays for tomorrow!...UNC (pk) and FLA ST (+4)

    UNC (pk) at ND for 5 units ($500)

    FLA ST (+4) at Maryland for 5 units ($500)

    Tarheels are red hot and have seemed to found their groove and hit their stride...they waxed Maryland the other night 75 - 63 and it could have been a lot worse because they had a horrible night at the charity stripe missing lot's of free throws...I'm not worried about them looking ahead to rival Duke (their next game at home) because Carolina is still a bubble team and needs every "W" it can to bolster it's resume...Simply put, they can't afford a bad loss to a god awful ND team.

    Fla St already destroyed Maryland 85 - 61 earlier in the season...the Noles simply have too much size and athleticism for the Terps...Not exactly sure what Vegas is thinking here and the line does seem a little fishy...However, I'm not going to over think this one...One main handicapping tool that I use is better team + getting points = strong, sharp play...

    How can having Duke at home the next game be a small thing. Fl. St also waxed Clemson on the road and lost to them at home so should waxing Maryland at home a month ago mean much?

    Clemson is a much better team than Maryland...Like I said, it's just a bad matchup for the Terps...Noles are bigger and more athletic...Besides, they are .500 in ACC play and also need to string some wins together if they want to get into the NCAA tournament and they can't afford any more "bad" losses to an "inferior" opponent...its one of the main things that the selection committee looks at when comparing resumes...ditto for Carolina...beating Duke won't mean shit if they lose to the Irish and I trust a good coach like Roy Williams will have his team ready to play...

    Looks like I'll be going 1 - 1 today and lose just a little juice....FlA ST came out really flat against the Terps and are trailing by 14 with 2 minutes left to go until halftime...the Noles can still come back in the 2nd half and make it a game but I seriously doubt it as they weren't prepared today...oh well...I'm glad I hit the front end of a one and one!...
