Super Bowl Figues to be Knowshon Moreno's Last Game as a Bronco

And he will probably be overpaid as a free agent following a career year.

Could see him going to the Titans or Giants. Eric Decker could also leave after the SB also.

He's not that fast at all, but very reliable in the passing game. Can catch and protects Manning when needed. Broncos will offer him a reasonable contract if Montee Ball doesn't learn how to protect Manning. Ball could be a work horse if he improves in that area.

If Ball doesn't have fumblitis like he did half the season then the Broncos will be ok. That pass blocking really sets Moreno apart though.

My condolences to whoever ends up signing some of these Super Bowl "heroes" that will be cut in 1 or 2 years.

Yea I kinda realized after my post there r different kinda of "tough lives" i guess I was comparing it relative to other nfl players such as Thomas who the story has been around this week that his mother n grandmother r serving 20 years and life in prison respectively for conspiracy to distribute cocaine or Patrick Willis who had well know touch upbringing .... But again who am I to say morenos life wasn't rough just because he grew up in a decent area

Anybody who pays this guy any kind of big money is nuts. Knowshon is a classic beneficiary of Peyton Manning. I think the Broncos offense would of been close to unstoppable with Willis Mcgahee instead of Knowshon.

Especially running backs putting up big numbers on soft run fronts more concerned with the passing game.

Noshon was considered a bust years before Peyton came in. He's lucky his career was resurrected by Peyton and was on the verge of being cut.

They could've had LeSean McCoy in the late 2nd round. When will teams learn not to take RBs in the high 1st round?

On the Seahawks side, Michael Bennett and Golden Tate might be gone after the Super Bowl too.

I believe he lived in NYC early in life with drug addict parents. Lived on street and shelters. I think he moved to jersey with his granny to get outta there. So no doubt there are some with worse stories but his isn't one of the Normal North Jersey middle class upbringing

I'd like to see Ball take over next year. I picked him up towards the end of the year to see if anything happens in my keeper league.

I played against him in Pop Warner through high school.....Little known fact, but he was on the same Pop Warner team as Donald Brown, RB for the Colts and they grew up less than a mile from eachother

Knowshon was just as good or better on defense as a safety/linebacker in high school.....

As for the NFL he had a really nice season this year, he does everything well

I just had my own personal Madden simulation on XBOX live 360 and Knowshon actually scored 2 TD's and Denver won on a last minute FG, 17-14. Moreno was the MVP.

    6 minute quarters
    All-Madden
    Super Bowl

moreno is a solid if unspectacular RB, but yes of course playing with that broncos high powered offense will pad his numbers a bit. i think ball could be in line for a much bigger year next year
