    I run and workout too... Trying to do 10 Kilometers in under a hour this year considering how out of shape I was last year

    If you can put your 10k time under an hour after being out of shape...you're doing ok. Couple of my friends are doing Half-Marathons and they're putting their times right at 2:10 - 2:15 which is about an hour for a 10k
