Colts RBs Brown/Richardson Total Rushing Yards + Receiving Yards Over 120.5 [-115] In the regular season meeting, Brown & Richardson combined for 122 yards on the ground and another 46 through the passing game. KC has had some major issues stopping the run on the road, where they have given up more than 20 yards more per game over their season average of around 120 ypg. IND averages right around 129 rushing yards per game. Alone with their ground game, they have the ability to beat this number. Add in that both Brown & Richardson can be a factor out of the backfield in the passing game and this one looks like it can have a legit shot to get done. Look for the Colts to get some good runs out of their spread set as the Chiefs will be concerned with the passing game and could open some nice lanes for Richardson/Brown out of those sets. Certainly if this game is close of the Colts have the lead, the run game can become more of a factor with a shot at racking up yards. It's not technically PRIME TIME, so let's see how we do.
Not looking at Shady tonight. Have two I am looking over to narrow down to one. McCoy was a great go the last couple weeks. I think the Saints rush D can be had for some yardage - but they have also done a good job overall. I won't be surprised if he tops it, but also think it's quite possible he gets something like 80-90. I'm also still weary of the Chip game plan, especially with there being a high chance of a freakout factor being his first playoff game. Weather will be cold, but looks as if it will be conducive to passing still playing a major role without a lot of wind.
Hard to believe, but this is very much alive thanks to Donald Brown. The real kicker is my first inclination last night was taking Brown to score @ +110.
Crap. Gonna hope that Indy is in position to pound the ball to run out the clock if they can get the ball back, but needed to get something on that drive and nothing. Doh!
Yeah well it was a decent ride for a prop I figured was more than dead at the half. Would need a flukey broken run if the Colts get the ball back since KC can only stop the clock once. Nice to know my 1st inclination was good - but my decision on not playing it sucked.
