    I like James Franklin, but he doesn't know what a 360 is...

    from the espn preview:

    Prior to last season, the Commodores (8-4) didn't have a nine-win season since 1915, and they've posted back-to-back eight-win seasons for the first time since 1927-28.

    i just realized, i have a big freeplay points parlay that's still alive after mizzou won and the clemson/osu game went over, so i'll let that ride with vandy -150 (along with 6 other entries) rather than putting any money on this. i know it's petty, i just can't handle reading that and putting money on this game.

    From a cultural and expectations standpoint, you could call getting two 8 win seasons in a row since the 20's, a 360.

    What degree would you assign to turning something all the way around?

    FWIW, I get it. But a full turn around isn't 180.

    a full turn from sucking would be a 180, right? it's a turn from sucking to the opposite of that. if you took a sucky job and said we've done a 360 (which he did say), then you're right back to sucking. i feel like you can convince me i'm wrong, and don't want you to convince me to bet on this game after all!
