Anyone Hoping San Fran Loses Tomorrow??

I'd love to see a showdown of San Fran vs. Arizona the final week of the season for a playoff spot.

I think the only way Arizona gets in are:

San Fran loses last two OR Arizona wins/NOR loses to TB

It's too bad that Arizona will probably miss out on the playoffs. Cmon Atlanta...ONE TIME

10-5 and we stay home. I am not sure what is more shocking.

Yup, Cards need the 49ers to lose. If the 49ers win tomorrow, they prob rest their starters. Cards win at home and could be 11-5 and not be in. Pretty crazy.

Patriots missed it a few years back with 11-5 the year Brady was out. Don't think it ever happened before that.

Was watching the Cards game today and they said if it happens (Cards go 11-5 and don't make the playoffs) it will be the 4th or 5th time it has ever happened.

Cards would be only the 2nd team in the 12-team playoff format to go 11-5 and miss the postseason

    '08 Pats were the first

IF the 49ers win tomorrow night, they will not rest their starters against Arizona because they will still have a chance to win the division and they will playing at the same time as the Rams/Seahawks.

Yeah, SF still has something to play for right until the end. I'm not sure, but can NOR bypass SF and into #5?

Hmmm maybe they were talking about 10 win teams who didn't get in then. Not sure, drunk.

Pretty amazing an 11-5 team could miss the playoffs and two or 3 teams who are around .500 could get in. Jacksonville might have missed the playoffs at 11-5 one season...I can't remember

Saints just have to beat a bad Bucs team at home to make it

Why would you want to see Zona in the playoffs?

Waste of a spot, boring team.

Me, I got a SB future on them. Divisional football is worthless, top 6 teams with best record should be in. There is nothing fair about a team winning 11 games and being left out over a 8 or 9 win team if it happens like that.

And you'd rather see the Cowboys or Bears/Packers??

Dallas is awful and doesn't deserve a playoff spot. Philly has had a good year and is fun to watch. Everyone in the NFC North should be excluded from the playoffs. Granted, GB and Chicago fought the injury bug bad, but Chicago lost me when they didn't stick with their hot hand at QB and have the rock to that prima Donna Cutler

    Yes.

11 wins don't make you anything.

All these teams are no better than other. Packers healthy would roll them all anyway.

Steelers are a top 3 AFC team but losers like chiefs, colts and dolphins will make it.

Zona beat no one good all year anyway, they lost to philly already too.

That's how bad the AFC is...

    Who's better?

They would all lose in Pitt and Steelers would have the best chance to win on the road against any of those scrub teams like Cincy.

Its kinda crazy because all anyone has been saying is that the super bowl runs through Seattle, and whoever wins it will have to beat the Hawks at home. And the Cardinals just went ahead and quietly did that last night.

Carolina isn't good, Indy isn't good? The Seahawks aren't good? Cool story. The Cardinals just dominated the best team in the league in their own house with a -2 turnover ratio.

Maybe? Your boys got their shit pushed in at Century Link, lost to Carolina and Indy at home. Squeaked out a home win against Seattle and beat Green Bay in Week 1. How is San Fran's schedule any better?

Double digit wins should get an automatic playoff spot. Take away a bye week from #2 seed if necessary.

Would rather see the Cardinals in the playoffs as a wildcard that the pretender video game team the Saints. As soon as Brees and those idiots play a road playoff game we know it's an auto-loss anyway.

Funny thing is that people will still bet the Saints on the road over the Bears/Packers in January...
