    Look at coaching and motivation. Extra prep time brings these variables into play more so than reg season games.

    Like the unders today in the Tulane-La-La game and Buff-SDSt game. I see two lower scoring games playing out there. And for those who follow bowl games the last few years, unders have been prevailing.

    The bottom line is this. The Dogs cover about 54% of the bowl games between Bowl game 1 and New Years Eve. Once the New Year starts, the Favorites destroy the Dogs at a 65% clip. Betting the Dogs is NOT going to make you a lot of money, if any at all. You bet the team, NOT the line. Over 80% of the teams that win the games cover those games.
