    Rondo to the Kings

Alot of trade talk involving Rondo now that he is expected to start playing soon...... Kings trying to dump a few players that are owed around 6-7 mill till 2016..... Ainge trying to get I Thomas, B Mcelmore and 2 1st round picks from the kings........Kings countered, by adding Thompson (Who is owed almost 7 mill a year for a few more years)and Thornton who also is owed some money.......Ainge dont want Thompson or Thornton, Kings dont want em either . trying to dump salary to afford Rondo........Would love to see the Celtics trade Rondo, just for the draft picks and Thomas and Mcelmore, but i think the kings also have to dump some salary........

Deal won't happen, unless Celts take both Thompson and Thornton.

Otherwise, the Kings are blowing their 5 year future.

Why would the Kings dump Thomas, Mclemore and possible future 1st round draft picks for Rondo? That's giving up a lot.

as you said it is protected, so its 97% sure the cavs won't be able to take it this year Kings have to get less than a top 12 pick for 2014 for the Cavs to get it

I think after watching D-Rose go down again like he did, the offers for Rondo will come way down and Boston has lost lots of value trying to trade him now.
They may have to showcase him for a month to get him better offers.

Zero chance he goes to the Kings anyways, and it won't matter, they aren't gonna win anytime soon with scrubs like Rudy Gay on the team. Cousins will stay quiet this year because he got a fat contract, but he will be crying bigtime next year, when they will still be expected to win 15-20 games a year like usual.

Not so sure about this. C`s have a ton (3 I believe) of picks coming from the Nots ( should be high) in the next few.
Rondo should only be traded for players to fitin/build upon.

Hope the Celtics keep him and build around him. I'm really hoping they go out and get Asik from Houston. That would be a great fit in Boston

    Rondo is hard to coach

    Rivers hated him

Moody player that does his own thing

    A big strike against him

I think one of the bigger issues is that you are getting Rondo for 1/2 a rehab year and then the final year of his contract. He's gonna be looking for big bucks and can you resign him?

All these above guys are better than Rondo.

    Rondo top 10...thats it.

Kings would be fools to give up i.thomas and mclemore for rondo

mclemore could be a star in the making....he needs few years to develop.

rondo is 50% free throw shooter.

    read the above line again.

he wouldn't have all those assists without garnett, pierce and allen. Those guys made rondo look good. If he comes to a crappy kings team..he will be average PG. Guy is so overrated its ridiculous.

yes, those guys increased his assist totals, but he is still very much a top 5 PG. A true PG....many of the guys you mentioned above are 2 guards who play the point sometimes.

pairing rondo with cousins would be interesting. his ft shooting does suck, but the guy is a walking triple double and im pretty sure he plays good defense. not 100% sure...

I disagree with almost everyone on that list you have before Rondo.

Paul, Westbrook and a healthy Rondo are my top 3.

D.Will is a pussy bitch. Lillard is probably right there in top 5. D.Wade, wtf? Kyrie is a stud, but still not ahead of Rondo, IMO. Steph Curry - Maybe depending on what the team wants out of the PG position. John Wall, you gotta be shittin me. Tony Parker is a great PG for his team.
