If there was ever a time to consider them would it not be this week??
Think about it , since the better team is on the road you dont have to
lay so many points and by this time of year havent most of the fans of bad teams given up on their team???
We all know Seattle and New Orleans can't lose at home. The Crowds are too rowdy to let that happen and the players feed off that energy...
But c'mon Tampa Bay, Minnesota, St Louis, Cleveland...
can somebody from these cities please chime and let us know if your fan base is even going to show up???
i used to live in carolina and had season tickets to the Panthers and i can tell you when the Panthers are out of playoff contention you can basically have a conversation in a normal voice when the road team has a crucial 3rd down...
basically nobody shows up when the team is out of playoff contention this time of year.
are fans in minnesota , cleveland , tampa, and st louis so die hard that they still show up when its basically a meaningless game?
if not then basically these are games on neutral fields bc crowd noise is the only thing that makes a team play better at home.
